The Beloit office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, at 444 E. Grand Ave. Suite 100.

In the week before a concert, the Grand Avenue desk can confirm seating, accessibility, and when the hall opens for case drop-off. Write info@rockriverphil.org if you are bringing a school group or need a quiet row for a visiting player.

If you are traveling in from outside the Stateline, allow extra time for river-road parking on weekend matinees. Staff can share a simple arrival note so you are not still circling the block when the first downbeat lands.
